About the project
A social fitness reel breaking down the concept of junk volume: what it is, why it can hold back your progress, and how to avoid it when training. Gym footage, captions and motion graphics are cut together in a vertical format, with tight, punchy pacing designed to deliver a clear and useful message in the few seconds a social feed allows.
